40～80 boxes/min BOPP Medicine Box Cellophane Wrapping Machine
This medicine box cellophane wrapping machine is suitable for automatic film packaging (with gold wire) of single box items in various industries. The double safety mechanism is adopted, and the machine does not need to be shut down and other parts will not be damaged when the machine runs out of sync. The manual device can shake the machine in the forward or reverse direction. When the product is stuck, it can rotate in the reverse direction to make it clean the product faster. There is no need to adjust the height of the worktops on both sides of the machine when replacing the mold. When you lift or lower the film cutting mechanism and the upper iron plate , only need to turn the hand wheel to change the height. There is no need to disassemble the discharge the chain and discharge hopper.
Medicine Box Cellophane Wrapping Machine Features:
1. This cellophane wrapping machine is a full-automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment, which adopts the flat push packaging mode. All wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed by cam and cylinder transmission, with the characteristics of high speed and stable operation.
2. Changing the mold can pack articles of different sizes. The newly designed quick adjustment structure makes it easier and faster to replace the mold.
3. This machine adopts all aluminum alloy oxidation film cutting knife holder and single rotation film cutting knife. The film cutting is accurate and flat, and there is no need to replace the film cutting mechanism for large and small products.
