Q1. What colors do you have?
A: Our regular four colors are : Black, White, Grey and Pink.
Q2. Do you provide the micro storage card?
A: Sorry to say we don't provide it. We suggest the terminal customer buy it by himself.
Q3. Compared to other helmet, what material do you use?
A: The conventional helmets is made of ABS, it will be chapped when strike strongly. However EPS will reduce the stress, accordingly the helmet won’t be chapped easily.
Q4. Why the Bluetooth speaker is not working?
A: Please check if the speaker is connected to your smartphone and the speaker volume is turned off.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
