Description:
Integral straight blade stabilizer: Integral 3-straight rib stabilizer,integral 4-straight rib stabilizer,and Integral multi-straight rib stabilizer ,which working surface are provided with carbide insert compound and overlay,etc. The body is made from high strength alloy steel of heat treated.
Features:
To be manufactured from high strength 4145H heat treated material.
• One-piece rotation stabilizer can be run either near the bit or up in the drill string.
• Various hardfacing is available i.e. Composite Tungsten Carbide Rod, Tungsten Carbide Inserts, Diamond Inserts, Geothermal.
• Full standard spec and special spec are available.
Applications:
To be applied in most rugged and abrasive drilling formation.
