Chassis configuration:

Upload configuration:

1. The total volume of the tank is 15 cubic meters, the clean water tank is 5 cubic meters, and the others are used as sewage tanks. The tank body is made of 8mm carbon steel plate, and the tank body paint: yellow on top and red on the bottom, or all engineering yellow, spray lettering to be determined.

2. High-pressure part: Pinfu 250 high-pressure pump (installed with winter dewatering device), double water supply, Y-type filter screen, filter barrel, with 100 meters of 22# high-pressure pipe. It comes standard with 10 combined nozzles + one mine nozzle + one piercing nozzle.

3. Contamination suction part: install a large stainless steel circulating water tank. Two 10m suction pipes. Equipped with a new 375-horsepower auxiliary engine with sk-30 water circulation vacuum pump, a filter screen link for the water tank and high-pressure pump, and a ball valve in the middle. Make a fire-fighting joint on each side of the water tank and roll-up doors on both sides.

4. Detailed requirements: A. The bottom two warehouses are interconnected, controlled by a 100 ball valve, with a filter screen. B. Platforms and guardrails are made on both sides of the tank. The top of the tank is used as a detachable platform and ladder. C. Make 65 fire-fighting joints on both sides of the clean water tank, and install a 100 drain ball valve under the water tank. D. The big back cover of the sewage tank is made real, with four lock bolts. E. A 100 ball valve and a 150 ball valve are installed on both sides, both with outlets (the opening volume is lower, and the outlet is inclined 30 degrees downwards). A set of 100 ball valve suction port is installed on the right side of the sewage tank to connect to the top, and a 100 ball valve is installed at the 300 position below the middle of the tank. F. The reel is internally reinforced, the reel frame is reinforced, and can rotate 180 degrees (hydraulic control left and right), and a pin to prevent shaking is welded on the reel. A ball valve is installed at the bottom of the clean water tank above the circulating water tank to discharge water. E. The appearance is strictly in accordance with the announcement. F. All the high-voltage switches are installed on the second-layer partition (which is convenient for the operator to stand and operate). H. Main performance of cleaning sewage suction truck:

Power take-off: PTO power take-off is used to take power from the chassis engine and deliver it to the high-pressure pump. The auxiliary engine takes power to drive the vacuum pump. It is a key technology to realize multi-point high-power power take-off

Vacuum pump: SK-15/2BE-204/SK-30 Shandong Zibo water ring vacuum pump, Siemens technology, domestic production.

High-pressure water pump: rated pressure: 22MPa, rated flow: 250L/min-300/min.

Sewage tank: 10 cubic meters in volume, made of 8 mm high-quality carbon steel, cylindrical, the tank body can be hydraulically lifted and self-unloaded, and the back cover can be opened with double tops.

Clean water tank: 5 cubic meters in volume, anti-rust treatment.

Nozzle: standard configuration 10 nozzles + mine + Rambo

Dredging pipe: domestically made high-quality special dredging pipe with inner diameter of 22 mm, high pressure resistance, light weight, low friction resistance, and strong scratch resistance. Standard configuration tube length: 100 meters.

Special suction pipe: soft and wear-resistant, with an inner diameter of 100 mm and a length of 10 meters.

Hydraulic reel: hydraulic drive, forward and reverse, stepless speed regulation. Installed on the back cover of the sewage tank, it can be wound and stored with a special hose with an inner diameter of 19 mm not less than 60 meters.

Drainage operation of sewage suction truck:

Put the sewage suction hose towards the sewage storage tank;

Pull the rear handle of the four-way valve parallel to the ground, open the anti-overflow valve, and make the handle parallel to the pipeline axis;

Put the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disconnect the clutch, pull the power take-off switch back to shift the gear and take the power, and the vacuum pump starts to run;

After the dirty liquid in the tank is discharged, the driver should promptly push the power take-off handle forward to release the gear, and the vacuum pump will stop running;

After flushing the hose, put it back into the vehicle;
