The model shredder have been desigened for a wide range of applications and industries such as pallets and big barrels in mind ,house and general recycling ,electronic waste.While it can be used for in house recycling in big volume blow mounding operations;additionally,it is also versatile enough to be used for general recycling in the plastic and wood industry.According customers’ requirement ,the PNDS B series shredder can work with XINTING crusher machine for next step of size reduction.
The PNDS shredder have been designed for a wide array of applications and industries like in house and general recycling,electronic waste and post consumer waste handling,input materials can be all kinds of plastic like lumps,pipes,film,woven bags,electronic waste like cables and ICBS,paper,wood and other prganic materials,depending on input material and the following process the shredded material as defined by the used screeb size can be directly used or go into the next step of size reduction for example in a QE granulator.
The shredders have been designed for a wide array of applications and industrial like in house and genral recycling,electronic waste and post consumer waste handling.inout materials can be all kinds of plastic like lumps,pipes,film,woven bags,electronic waste like cables and ICBS,paper,wood,and other organic mateials,depending on inpit material and the following process the shredded material as defined by the used screen size can be directly used or go into the next step of size reduction for example in a PNDS granulator.
The single shaft shredder are small to medium size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of material to a uniform particle size.The products can often be sold as is,or be sent for further prcessing through additional equipment .Throughtputs typically range between 300kg/h-5000kg/h+depending on the model,material type .
