I Purpose
This production line adopts advanced single butane physical foaming technique with high foaming rate, energy-saving and high efficiency, plastic foaming pipe and foaming stick can be produced sequentially; foaming sheet,net,stick,profile and fruit net can be manufactured if change various die head and assistant machine.

insulation, toy guardrail, recreation places etc, due to its good foaming, elasticity and heat preservation.
As a kind of new type foam filling and ornament material, PE foam rod is widely used in spring mattress, sofa stem
and edge, automobile seat, sofa backrest and to-grade clothing.
It is also widely used in the filling of contraction joint in building due to its good rebound elasticity.
