Introduction of PE PP HDPE BOTTLE recycling Crushing washing drying machine
This hdpe recycling machine is designed and manufactured by XINTING MACHINERY, which is widely used for waste plastic HDPE bottle, PP kettle, etc. The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing. We also supply plastic pelletizing line (plastic granulator) to make the clean flakes into pellets (granules). The renewable pellets (granules) can be made into plastic barrel, plastic pipe, plastic frame, farm implement, machine components, and so on through extruding forming machine. They are widely used in agriculture, construction, industry and our daily life. In this way, we achieve the reuse of waste plastic recycling and the purpose of protecting our environment.

1 This whole production line is used to crush,wash,dewater and dry PP/PE Film,PP woven bag.It takes the advantages of simple structure,easy operation,high capacity,low energy consumption,safety,reliability,ect.This whole production line is automatic controlling,structure arrangement compact,high production efficiency and nice cleaness.
2 The plastic machine is specially designed for PE/PP film,PP woven bag crushing,washing and drying.it can easily wash waste plastic products.Waste and dirty agricultural films,waste packing material and hard plastics can be treated step by step with this facility.The production line is used for washing and recycling of PE/PP films.
3 PP woven bag.Coordinating the production line with follow programmed work(granulating system),and it will make waste and dirty PE/PP films,PP woven bag to be the PE/PP films,PP woven bag granule material and in order to producing new PE,PP Films.
