Plastic PET/ PE PP bottles are all with adhesive labels around the bottles. Most of the labels are PVC labels. When recycling the waste PET/PE PP bottles, we need use label separator to remove the labels before crushing and washing to avoid the bottle flakes be mixed up with PVC labels. This water type label remover machine rotate with high speed to peel the labels with self-friction and water flushing, ensuring the labels removing rate up to 95%, and at the same time wash the bottles, thus improve the capacity and the quality of final PET/PE PP flakes.
