Features and Applications of PP PE film squeezing dewater machine
1) Dries the plastic film material by squeezing mechanically. Final mositure content: ≤3%
2) Processes 300 kg to 500 kg per hour proportional to the system capacity.
3) Extruder type reducer is used depending on the system capacity.
4) By transferring the dirty material to the squeezing machine after the washing phase. The humidity of the material is minimized via the squeezing method and therefore energy consumption for the second phase at the agglomeration machine is minimized.
5) Made of heavy duty steel and sheets completely by gas welding manufacture.
6) The squeezing machine is environmentally protected with protection panels in order to prevent any danger arising around the machine for a number of reasons.
7) While the squeezing rate was at 10% on the previous models, after modifications and improvements that rate reduced to minimum levels.

1. jaw style, control the outlet pressure to adjust the drying effect
2. breaking style, with a movabe device to control the pressure and break the materials
3. hot melting style, with heating part to make the materials to semi-melting grade to get a better quality effect
