1. The pipe produced by the SGB large-diameter winding pipe production line uses high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. The first extruder extrudes the round pipe and sets it into a square pipe through a shaping cooling machine, and then enters the winding forming machine. According to different conditions of use, the ring stiffness is divided into 4 levels, and the maximum can be achieved. 16KN/m2, this kind of pipe has the advantages of corrosion resistance, light weight, easy installation, high through-flow, long life (50 years), etc. It can replace the pipes made of high energy consumption materials (cement, cast iron, ceramics, etc.), widely used In the highway, municipal construction, residential quarters, sports fields, squares, mines, agriculture, culverts, bridges and other areas of sewage drainage pipelines.
