Introduction

Jet mud mixer is a special equipment for preparing and increasing drilling fluid weight, changing fluid density, changing mud density, viscosity and dehydration by adding and mixing bentonite. The effect matches the shear pump. Jet mud mixer is a unit used in oil drilling and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) together with solid control system. The device consists of a sand pump, a jet mixing hopper and a jet mixer, which are mounted in a base with a pipe valve. Safe and stable, easy to move. At the same time, we can manufacture double spray mud mixer according to the user's requirements. It is designed by solid control bentonite mud mixer and drilling mud tank spray mixer.

Advantages
 

The drilling fluid flows into the jet pump under a certain pressure. The fluid in the jet pump first ejects from the nozzle, and then flows into the shear pipe through the mixing chamber. The material is added from the hopper to the mixing hopper and flows into the shear pipe with the material flow. In the process, they are dispersed and mixed. As the mixture flows out of the shear pipe, it enters the drilling fluid tank.
The shear tube is hollow and can expand gradually according to a certain curved surface. It is mainly used to increase the shear force in the pipeline, further disperse the materials, increase the mixing pressure head, and make it easy to enter the circulation tank.
The Bernoulli effect is adopted in the shear tube, and the flow rate is fast at low pressure and slow at high pressure. When the fluid is ejected from the nozzle at high speed, the pressure in the chamber is low. When the fluid enters the shear tube, its cross-section expands, the flow rate decreases, so the pressure rises.

2. The mud spraying mixer can effectively change the density, viscosity and water loss, enhance the material dispersion effect and improve the mixing hydraulic head.
3. The single jet mud mixer is composed of sand pump and shotcrete mixing hopper, and is installed on the base through pipeline valve. The double sided spray mud mixer consists of two sand pumps and two spray mixing hoppers.
