Introduction

The jet mud mixer is a special equipment for preparing and increasing the weight of the drilling fluid by adding bentonite, stirring, changing the density of the drilling fluid, changing the density, viscosity and dehydration of the drilling fluid. The main structure features

1. The sand pump and the jet mixing hopper can be installed in combination or separately, connected by pipes and valves. Sealing adopts packing and mechanical double seal, with good sealing performance.
2. The jet mud mixer can effectively change the density, viscosity and water loss rate of the mud, enhance the dispersion effect of the material, and increase the pressure head of the mixed liquid.
3. The single jet mud mixer is composed of a sand pump and a jet mixing hopper. The hopper is installed on a base with a pipeline valve. The dual-nozzle mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two nozzle mixing hoppers.

Advantages

The drilling fluid flows into the jet pump at a certain pressure. The fluid in the jet pump is first ejected from the jet nozzle, and then flows into the shear tube through the mixing chamber. The material is added from the hopper to the mixing hopper, and enters the shear tube with the airflow. In this process, they are dispersed and mixed. The mixed fluid flows out of the shear tube and enters the drilling fluid tank.
The shear tube is hollow and can gradually expand on a certain curved surface. It is mainly used to expand the shearing force in the tube, further disperse the material, increase the mixing head, and facilitate the material to enter the circulation tank.
The shear tube has a fast flow rate under low pressure and a slow flow rate under high pressure, using Bernoulli effect. When the fluid is ejected from the nozzle at a high speed, the pressure in the chamber is relatively low; after the fluid enters the shear tube, the cross section increases, the flow velocity decreases, and the pressure increases.
