Introduction
PANGOLIN hob rock hole opener ranging from 16" to 70" that is divided into two types: MT cutter and Welding cutter, and is apply to various compressive strenght of the formation. The procduct is used for zhe reaming of the oil, gas, petrochemical, sewage, power and fiber optic pipelines in the no-dig horizontal directional drilling.
Larger bearings and cutters can significantly extend downhole life compared to smaller traditional cutters. The replaceable milling cutter set has two styles of TCI and milling teeth to suit your structure. All drills have three tools in the body, which can open three different sizes of holes.
Features
The unique multi-level anti-off interlock device prevents the hob from tripping when the drill bit is empty and the hob shell falling off when the bearing is damaged.
The hob wheel body is inlaid with large-diameter hard alloy, which has a good rock breaking effect; the bearing has a large diameter and strong impact resistance. Using metal seal, long service life.
Advantages
The replaceable hob reamer is forged from high quality alloy steel with good weldability.
