Introduction
The HDD pilot hammer is used to carry out impact rotary drilling with the drilling rig and corresponding drilling tools. The HDD guide hammer is attached to the bottom end of the drill pipe. The drill drives the rotation of the drill pipe. Compressed air passes through the drill pipe into the HDD pilot hammer, generating a certain frequency of impact force to break the rock. At the same time, waste gas is used to cool the hammer head. Drain the cuttings out of the cave. Since the outer diameter of the HDD guide hammer is smaller than the diameter of the drill bit, as the depth of the drill bit increases, the guide hammer can be lowered into the hole. Compared with the pneumatic drill outside the impact hole, the impact power loss is small, and it can drill deeper holes.
