The factory covers an area of 8000 m2 and there are currently many advanced production and test equipment imported from overseas, which include a Multilayer Composite Pipe Production Line from Germany and a compound Production Line from Italy. To achieve continuous progress, a technology center was set up relied on Beijing Research and Design Institute of Rubber Industry, which mainly works on Vehicle Pipeline Development Planning, Prescription Design and Optimization , Tooling Design, CAD\CAE\CAM analysis, Information and Standardization Management. With the extensive applying of computer-aided design on interface, modelling and Mapping, the quality of design has been increased and the trial period of products shortened. This enables an annual output of 2 million meters of braking hose and coils , and 120 thousand pieces of urea SCR heat pipes.
