1. Introduction

After finished the H-beam assembling process, H-beam automatic SAW welding is required. It has several structural styles: LHA gantry type, LHT double cantilever type and LHC cantilever type. It adopts A.C. variable frequency control to realize back and forth welding. It has stable and reliable working and simple and convenient operation. Special designed arc-guiding rack can satisfy the welding requirements of small H-beam and star/cross beam.

3. Main features

The standard models of our gantry type H-beam automatic welding machine have the following features:
Two welding heads can weld two H-beams at the same time;
Controller can be placed in the middle of gantry or at both sides of the gantry;
Robust all steel fabrication with stable structure and good rigidity, and no deformation after long time using;
A.C. variable frequency control;
Back and forth welding to improve the efficiency;

The type of gantry gate welding machine is designed according to the special requirement of steel H beam boat-shape welding and our extensive experience in this area.

Gantry gate welding machine can weld two work pieces at one time.

It has simple and reliable structure and smart layout. The main transmission function is realized by imported AC frequency converter to control both sides' synchronous speed-adjusting drive, with stable speed and digital display of linear speed, which is reliable.

Three axis mechanically track guide-arc devices, while the up and down is pneumatic tracking, the left and right floats tracking, thus to ensure welding gun to centralize the welding seam accurately.

The sub-merge arc welding power setup device is on the gantry gate, and moves along. In this way, the control cable and welding cable are short, and response fast, with small pressure drop and stable welding currency.

Welding control and gate frame control are integrated and easy to operate. The cable in welding arm is in the form of imported drag chain, neat and safe.

Supply scope:
1, Gantry gate unit: Gantry gate, travel device, lateral sliding device, feeding wire wheel and pipe accessories.
2, Welding arm and carriage: Welding arm, motor transmission device, move device and accessories (2 sets each).
3, Arc guide device: Welding gun, mechanical adjusting unit and feeding wire machine (2 sets each).
4, Flux recovery system: 100kg flux recovery machine, separate material barrel, flux hopper, flux recovery and transmission pipe.
5, Electric control system: Electric control cabinet, AC frequency converter, operation box, lighting, and warning light.
6, Pipe and wire system: Welding machine power wire, control wire, welding cable, gantry gate control cable, air source pipe, and suspending sliding frame.
7, Welding system: MZ-1000 sub merge arc welding machine*2sets.
