Description:
1. The JNZGI-50 high speed paper straw machine integrates raw material feeding ,guling,winding and cutting on one time.
2. The machine within CNC multi-tool cutting system, can make any size paper straw, like the size 6mm,8mm, 10mm,etc.
3. The machine is controlled by PLC, the host machine is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation and the man-machine interface is a touch screen, with simple settinng ad convenient operation.
4. The cutting part adopts te multi-tool cutting system for serving custtomers and the servo motor keeps track of cutting synchronously with a high precision and time-saving efficiency.
5. The body and main parts are made of stainless steel to ensure the product is hygienic and enviornment-friendly.
Introduction of the machines
All pneumatic and electrical components of the cup lid forming machine are equipped with medium and high-grade equipment, and the main components are imported.
The host of the cup lid forming machine has stepless speed regulation, the stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily, it is easy to replace the mold, the manipulator is pulled, and the operation is reliable.According to the needs of the product, positive pressure forming or negative pressure forming can be selected in the equipment to achieve the best forming effect.Low power consumption for plate heating production, small footprint, economical and practical.
The machine can change timing and automatic count frequency.
It can print in one side or double –side, the color is clear and brilliant. Adopts the lithe board plate-making skill and prints with the water-based printer ink, then produce the finished product printing, feeding, sealing and cutting.
