Introduction

Currently, grating and magnetic gate encoders are the most commonly used devices for measuring angular displacement. The AMOSIN steel grade measurement system from Austria offers four key advantages: high precision (the highest resolution angle is <2 arc-second), stain resistance, no electrical induction, and high adaptability to circumstances.
The YRT rotary table bearing, in conjunction with this measurement system, offers unparalleled precision, capable of bearing double-direction axial load, radial load, and tilting moment. Key Types of Rotary Table Bearings
1. Crossed Roller Bearings: In this type, cylindrical rollers are arranged at right angles to each other, providing high rigidity and precision. Crossed roller bearings are compact yet capable of supporting large loads, which makes them ideal for CNC machining centers and precision instruments.
2. Axial-Radial Bearings: These bearings are specifically designed to accommodate axial loads (along the axis of rotation), radial loads (perpendicular to the axis), and tilting moments. Their robust structure is perfect for applications where stability under heavy loads is critical, such as in turntables, robotic arms, and gearboxes.
