1. Main features
Q-100B cutting machine is composed of body, electric control box, cutting chamber, motor cooling system, cutting wheel and other parts. This cutting machine can not only cut round workpieces with a diameter of less than 100mm, but also can cut rectangular specimens with a height of 100mm and a depth of 200mm. The machine cools the sample through the cooling system to prevent the sample from overheating and burning the structure during the cutting process. The machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thereby improving the quality of the cut samples. The machine is divided into manual and automatic cutting. After large-volume cutting, it is more convenient for the cutter to use. It is one of the necessary sample preparation equipment for metallographic testing in universities, factories and enterprises.
