Diode Laser.
The semiconductor laser spot welding process is thermal conductivity welding, which is achieved by adjusting the laser power and radiation time to melt the metal material. Due to the uniform distribution of spot energy, a gradual decrease in laser energy gradient can be achieved, thereby solving the problem of porous porosity caused by the collapse of pseudo keyholes at the end of spot welding seams.
Semiconductor lasers can form keyhole effects during continuous welding and have strong penetration ability.
During continuous thermal conductivity welding, the welding process is stable, the surface is smooth, the shape is beautiful, and the weld section is semi circular, which can achieve the welding of metal sheet structural components (butt welding, lap welding, fillet welding, etc.), and the weld width can reach 3.5mm; During continuous deep penetration welding, the welding process is stable, free of spatter, and the weld cross-section is Y-shaped. The strength after welding can meet the requirements for the use of the workpiece.
Hybrid Diode and Fiber Laser Welding
Semiconductor lasers are combined with single-mode continuous fiber lasers to achieve different weld cross-sections (semi circular, V-shaped, U-shaped, Y-shaped) through different laser energy ratios. They are widely used for sealing welding of new energy power battery shells and packaging welding of filters.

The reflective materials have more highly absorptivity for diode-fiber hybrid laser make less spark in welding process and achieve quality welding and nice welding surface.
Widely used in cover of power battery seal welding, with good quality and smooth welding surface to perfectly resolve battery leakage of explosion point. Greatly improve welding efficiency.
