The AMB Laser technology, as the name suggests, is a laser beam from laser source, divided into inner and outer rings. It can independently control the energy of the inner and outer rings to control the thermal input of the processing process.

Hairpins are rectangular copper wires which are used in the keyways of electrical steels in electric motors and are welded at the front. HW-AMB lasers weld hairpins to the highest quality with almost no spatter or pores.
It is possible to weld copper in a highly stable and practically spatter-free process with the HW-AMB. It satisfies the toughest quality requirements for both the weld seam and welded component itself.
Even tubes and profiles can be welded with penetration welding with the HW-AMB weld technology to a high level of weld seam quality and with high productivity.
