YAG Metal laser welding is the welding of workpieces using high-energy pulsed laser, which uses a pulsed xenon lamp as the pump source and ND: YAG as the working material to generate the laser. The laser power supply first pre ignites the pulse xenon lamp and discharges it through the laser power supply, causing the xenon lamp to generate a certain frequency and pulse width of light waves. The light waves irradiate the ND: YAG laser crystal through the focusing cavity, thereby stimulating the ND: YAG laser crystal to produce laser. After passing through the resonant cavity, a pulse laser with a wavelength of 1064nm is generated. The laser is expanded, reflected (or transmitted through optical fibers), and focused before radiating to the surface of the workpiece, Local melting of the workpiece to achieve welding. The frequency, pulse width, workbench movement speed, and movement direction of the pulse laser required for welding can be controlled by PLC or industrial PC, and the laser energy can be controlled by adjusting the current, laser frequency, and pulse width.
