Laser Collimating focus lens principle :
When a laser passes through a lens, the lens refracts the light. If the lens is convex, the light will be collimated towards the center of the lens, which means that after passing through the lens, the light will become as parallel as possible. This principle is related to the shape, curvature, refractive index, etc. of the lens. Collimating lenses typically use convex lenses to focus the laser beam using its focusing effect, minimizing its diameter and approximating it as a parallel beam. This can enhance the penetration ability and beam shape of the laser, making it convenient for applications such as laser measurement and laser processing.
Laser focusing mirror is an optical element that can compress divergent laser in the angular direction. Due to the large emission surface of the fiber, it is a diffuse beam rather than a collimated or focused spot. Fiber laser focusing mirror can effectively converge the light beams at the end of the fiber and control the output beam in a very small area. According to the requirements of different applications, two or more focusing lenses can be used, and this optical element is called a composite focusing lens. Sometimes, an aspheric focusing lens is also used. From the perspective of usage effect, the aspheric lens has the best effect, followed by a composite focusing lens
