Introduction

1. Purpose: This compressor is suitable for purification of organic working medium, seawater desalination, steam compression and transportation, concentration and crystallization in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and food industries, and secondary steam recompression process in MVR system of industrial waste liquid treatment.

2. Brief introduction of compressor structure: The compressor consists of a driven rotor set, a casing, a mechanical seal, a bearing, a synchronous gear and a coupling.

(1) compressor rotor group: the compressor rotor group is composed of the main shaft and blades. The main shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel; The blade profile of the fan blade is two blades. The advanced arc-involute profile is adopted, and the rotor dynamics is calculated. By analyzing the strength and stiffness of the rotor, the optimal structure is obtained. The fan blade is cast integrally, and the material can be selected from duplex stainless steel 2205, stainless steel 316L or nodular cast iron according to the different material composition processed by the process system. After the leaves are cast by wind, they are processed by a machining center. The static and dynamic balance of the rotor meets the design requirements, and the balance level is higher than G5.6;

(2) Shell: The compressor shell is composed of working chamber, front and rear end covers, oil tank and front cover plate. According to whether the system is anticorrosive or not, the material can be stainless steel or carbon steel, which is welded and formed. After heat treatment, CNC boring and milling machine is used for one-step processing and forming, so as to ensure the concentricity of the center distance between the two rotors and the front and rear bearing positions meet the design requirements; The working cavity is provided with a spraying device, which is used for cooling the gas and sealing the rotor; Generally, the air inlet and outlet direction is upward and downward, and it can also be made into the form of upward and side outlet according to the needs of system arrangement.
