Introduction

The pillow plate, also called dimple plate or thermo plate, consists of two stainless steel plates laser welded together to weld a customized circular weld pattern. Then the plate is expanded by water pressure to form a specific single or double embossing contour on the pillow plate, and the embossing contour is used for cooling or heating. The thickness and pattern are determined by the pressure requirements.
