Features

Working principle
1) PPSBD series centrifugal machine is a kind of filtering equipment adopting scraper bottom-unloading and interval operation
2) The material enters the rotary drum from the upper
3) Under the function of centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the filtering medium and discharges out of the machine and the solid is left in the rotary drum
4) When the rotary speed reduces, the scraper scrapes the solid material and the material is discharged from the bottom of the machine
5) Advantages: steady operation, convenient operation
6) Can set operation program according to demands, auto finishes feeding material,separating, dewatering, unloading and other processes
7) Can carry out long-distance operation
8) High automation level, large handing capacity and good separation result

Structure
It adopts platform structure, with out shell welded with bottom plate. Shell cover is fixed to shell body with flange. Hydraulic pressure is applied to open the cover. Shell cover is equipped with feeding pipe, washing pipe sight glass, viewing-light, scarper device etc.. Standard flanges are applied for the external pipe joints.
