Product introduction

Cancelled traditional suspension support leg, and adopts flat plate balance weight and high viscosity damp vibration isolator without base install. Inverter controls the motor, it connects directly with the bowl through the motor spindle, which makes the bowl rotating at high speed around itself axis to form centrifugal force field, then the centrifugal force pushes the material equispaced on the bowl to separate the solid and the liquid. The liquid penetrates the solid and the filter screen gap, then it is tossed to the main case space, and discharged from the bottom liquid outlet, the solid material will hold back in the filter bag on the bowl. After machine shut down, the solid material will be discharged by special lifting device.

Main Application

Suitable for the filtration of suspension with particle type solid content, also suitable for the dewatering of fiber subject, especially the filtration of high viscosity, fine granules, poisonous, and inflammable materials.

Working Principle:

Raw material through feeding tube feeding into high speed rotating basket, under centrifugal force, liquid phase will drain out through liquid exit, solid phase will be filter on the surface of filter bag, formed as filter cake, stop feeding raw material, cleaning filter cake, after cleaning water drain out, rotating scraper will scrap filter cake and discharge to bottom. There have slight residue cake on the surface of filter bag which scraper could not scrap out, pneumatic bag-shaking device will reciprocating motion up and down, shaking residue cake out and discharge, most of residue cake could be clear out totally.
