Brief introdcution
The machine is widely applied for the separating of suspension, in which there are fine/ middle-size particles in industries of chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry or environment protecting, etc., especially the substances whose viscosity is high, its particles are fine, it’s toxic, and it’s inflammable. The solid can be particles, crystal or fiber.

1. Processes of start, the feeding, the de-watering, the washing and the discharging are all completed automatically. The machine can be thoroughly cleaned, and it’s safe and reliable, which meets the GMP standard.
2. The hydraulic scraping system is made of stainless steel, is driven by the closed hydraulic ram, and can be contacted
with the liquid directly.
3. Self-cooling rotation joint, reliable operating and running.
4. Totally enclosed type solid discharge hopper design, isolated material part with driving device.
Working principle
During the process of discharging,the scraper acts,under the impact of it most products are discharged through the blanking hole on the bottom of drum to the outside.The remnant product layer will be removed because of oscillation effect by the influence of automatic shaking-bag mechanism inside the drum.
