Features
- Adopts no-base installation, omits traditional tripod type hanging structure and simplifies the installation process.
- The basic platform is the work operation platform.

- Can carry out distance or close operation and can join PC network. The imported high-viscosity liquid damping agent type shock isolator which joints the plate makes the energy produced by the shocking of the centrifugal machine absorbed by the shock isolator.
- There is no shocking influence on the base ground and the neighboring equipment.
- The outer case adopts whole-opening cover, convenient unloading.
- Adopts opening-cover protection, overheat, overloading and over current protection of the motor, overloading and over current of the frequency converter, whole-process monitor of feeding, filtering, washing and unloading.

Main Characteristics
♦ Comparing with common horizontal centrifuges with the same specification,the production capacity can be raised by 40% to 60% and the moisture content of filter cake is lower.
♦ Different filter speed can be realized during different process as feeding separation filtering,washing and dehydration.
♦ The centrifuge will be always under best working condition and the equipment operates stably and the vibration and noise are rather low.
♦ When the scraper is finished,the regenerate liquid will be fed from the siphon feeding pipe to regenerate and resuspension the filter cake,bake flush and remove the left filter cake.
♦ The automatic residual cakes removing device is optional (have owned the national patent).
