Principle
A vapor compressor, a heat exchanger, a crystallizer, and a forced circulation pump form the MVR forced circulation crystallization system.The system uses externally imposed power (a circulating pump) to move the solution and raw materials via the circulation pipe and into the heating chamber.As a result, the circulation rate is considerably increased.After passing through the heat exchanger for heating, the circulating fluid relieves pressure properly in the separator and partially evaporates, cooling the liquid to the pressure-corresponding boiling temperature.The secondary vapor that has been separated from the separator and processed by the compressor is then sent to the heat exchanger for shell side heat exchange, which maintains the evaporation temperature of the materials.When the system reaches a steady state, no additional fresh steam is required.
Advantage
1, Longer operating cycle:The boiling /evaporating process happens in the separator rather than on the heating surface so that the scaling phenomenon due to crusting and precipitation inside tubes is then minimized.
2, Optimized heat transfer surface:the flow rate inside tubes is determined by the circulating pump.
3, Suitable for easy -to-encrust and high viscosity liquids,acting as a concentrator in the multi-effect evaporation plant.
4, The forced circulation evaporator is operable as a crystallizing evaporator for salt solutions.
