2. SGP Solar Sheet Extrusion Line introduction:
SGP Solar sheet is mainly used for BIPV modules, the structure is tempered glass (super white)-SGP-cell-SGP-tempered glass (ordinary).
At present, the encapsulation forms of photovoltaic modules mainly include glass-EVA-backplane type and glass-SGP-glass type. I will elaborate on the SGP Solar sheet and SGP Solar sheet extrusion line.
Photovoltaics is a rapidly developing emerging industry that converts solar energy into electrical energy. Among them, crystalline silicon solar cell modules are mainly used in large-scale grid-connected power generation, off-grid power stations, BIPV photovoltaic building integration, etc., and SGP solar film production lines are mainly used in BIPV buildings,photovoltaic power generation components.
3. Comparison of SGP solar film and EVA encapsulation film
EVA is a thermosetting resin with cross-linking reaction; SGP is a thermoplastic resin with reproducibility and no cross-linking reaction;
The domestic glass curtain wall specification clearly puts forward the requirement of "application of SGP". And BIPV photovoltaic modules using SGP instead of EVA can achieve a longer service life.
SGP has strong bonding performance and is safer than EVA film;
There are many formulas for EVA, and the packaging process is not easy to control; the formula for SGP solar film is simple, the quality control is stable, and the shelf life is long;
SGP solar film has poor fluidity, which can prevent film overflow during processing.
4. Comparison of SGP film and PVB film:
Excellent mechanical properties: higher strength. Under the same thickness, the bearing capacity of SGP laminated glass is twice that of PVB; under the same load and thickness, the bending deflection of SGP laminated glass is one-fourth of PVB;
Tear strength: Under the same thickness, the tear strength of the PVB laminated film is 5 times that of PVB. It can also be bonded to the glass in the case of tearing, and the glass will not fall off the whole piece.
Strong stability and moisture resistance: SGP laminated film is colorless and transparent, anti-ultraviolet, it is not easy to turn yellow after long-term exposure to sunlight and rain, and its yellowing coefficient is less than 1.5. However, the yellowing coefficient of PVB interlayer film is 6-12. Although the production process of SGP is close to that of PVB.
