1. Introduce of PVC hard sheet production machine

Gwell PVC rigid sheet extrusion line adopts single screw extruder according to the features of transparent PVC material, combined with the Gwell vacuum hopper, enables the product to achieve highly transparent effect, and the product will not harden in the cold temperature of 30 degrees below zero. Auxiliary design based the principle of multi-function production line, in the case of no need to make any changes to the equipment, can help produce three different patterns of PVC curtain without shutting down the machine.

2. Features of PVC hard sheet extrusion production line

(1) screw with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design.

(2) hanger die head adopts special double throttling design to make plate thickness adjustment more accurate.

(3) temperature control ±1C can accurately control the plasticizing process and product thickness, flatness.

(4) three-roll calender adopts horizontal, vertical or 45 degree tilt type, which can be raised or lowered freely.

(5) plate thickness control adopts screw adjustment and press wheel two-way adjustment to control plate thickness

3. Introduction of PVC sheet production equipment

There are two main methods for making PVC rigid sheet:

(1) Calendering line: thickness 0.15mm-0.55mm, width ≤680mm

(2) Extrusion line: thickness 0.15mm-2.0mm, width ≤1300mm

GWELL machine adopts high-quality poly PVC powder produced by the suspension method as the main raw material, high-quality, high-transparent brand-new PVC sheet produced by formula modification, and can produce colored sheets and various grades of sheets according to customer requirements.

(3) The main models of the PVC rigid sheet production line produced by Gwell include conical twin-screw 80mm extruders and 92mm extruders. The output of the 80 model can reach 350kg/h and the output of the 92 model can reach 600kg/h.
