1. Explain of PP Blister Sheet Extrusion Line
Process principle: The equipment adopts plastic pellets → extruder: raw materials are melted and plasticized → quick-change filter screen → pass distributor → extrude through die → use three-roll calender: rolling → cooling setting device → conveying device: Make the product continue to be gradually cooled and shaped → trimming mechanism: mechanical trimming on both sides of the product → then conveyed by a tractor → winding device.
PP Blister Sheet Extrusion Line is common for single-extruder single-layer sheet production line and double-extruder co-extrusion three-layer sheet production line. There are also multi-extruder co-extrusion multi-layer production line, which can process 7-9 layers of composite sheet at most, such as high-barrier EVOH multi-layer co-extrusion production line. This type of extrusion line can process PP Blister Sheet Extrusion Line
