1. Introduction of TPU cast film extrusion line
(1) TPU (Thermoplasticpolyurethanes), hot plasticity TPU elastomer, TPU cast film extrusion line is on the basis of the TPU granular material, through the flow process made into film. Gwell machinery TPU cast film extrusion line has been combined with the group's years of equipment manufacturing experience, and at the same time learned from the production experience of many polyurethane TPU cast film extrusion line, to adapt to the market continuous improvement, innovation and gradually reach the industry position. The equipment produces TPU with a width of 1372-1520mm and a thickness of 0.02-3.0mm. One or more single screw extruders can be used for co-extrusion. Each extruder is divided into 8 temperature control zones for accurate temperature control. Maximum output up to 600KG/H, single-layer, A/B/A or A/B distribution mode. It can meet the upper and lower two layers at the same time covered from the membrane, attached cloth. By adopting PLC overall control, only one person can easily control. Key parts disassembly and replacement is convenient, user-friendly. Reserved remote control port can be global remote to achieve synchronous monitoring, which is high cost performance. Products with high transparency, less crystal point, no air bubble.
(2) In the TPU cast film extrusion line manufactured by Gwell Machinery, the side of the main body of this equipment is equipped with a dehumidifying and drying system and an electrical control system. A vacuum automatic feeder is fixed on the top of the dryer, a single screw extruder is installed on the side of the dryer, and a hydraulic filter is installed on the top of the single screw extruder. The screen changer and the melting pump adopt a through connection, and then connect with the mold through a flow channel. A casting machine is placed at the bottom of the mold. After the casting, there is a five-roller cooling part, and the five-roller cooling is followed by a thickness gauge for thickness measurement. Some auxiliary devices are added after the thickness gauge according to customer requirements, such as corona device and coating. cloth device and so on, and finally the winder.
(4) Introduction of TPU cast film extrusion line
TPU cast film extrusion line not only has excellent tension, toughness and aging resistance, and is a mature environmental protection material. At present, TPU has been widely used in: shoes, clothing, inflatable toys, water and underwater sports equipment, medical equipment, fitness equipment, car chair materials, umbrellas, leather cases, bags, car clothes coated. Water-proof and moisture-permeable TPU cast film extrusion line is used with various fabrics to achieve water-proof and moisture-permeable effect.
