Introduction to various types of rollers
1. Steel roller
GWELL uses exclusive manufacturing technology and selects high-quality seamless steel tubes or forged alloy steel to manufacture steel rollers. According to customer requirements, the surface roughness range is Ra0.8-Ra3.2. 2. Frosted roller
The frosting roller is usually used on a three-roller calender and is the main part of making frosting sheet or frosting film. The particle size on its surface directly affects the surface frosting effect of the product. We design the particle size on the roller according to customer requirements. The surface is hardened to make it have better quality and life. And use special machine tools to reduce roundness, straightness and circle runout errors. Spiral runners are used inside to make the cooling effect and cooling uniformity of the product better by the roller.
