Introduction to Parallel Twin Screw
1. Parallel twin screw is used in the parallel twin screw extruder. It is widely used in the filling, blending, modification, reinforcement of rubber, plastics and engineering resins, and the devolatilization treatment of chlorinated polypropylene and super absorbent resin; it is used in the extrusion of degradablemaster batch, polyamide polycondensation, polyurethane polyaddition reaction; and it is used in granulation of carbon powder and magnetic powder, preparation of insulating materials for cables, sheath materials, low-smoke and low-halogen flame-retardant cable materials, etc.
2. We change the screw thread type design according to the different types of plastic processed. Make it more suitable for processing different types of plastic products. The screw itself is made of alloy steel, and the surface is carburized, nitrided and quenched to improve the service life and corrosion resistance of the screw.
