Description:
Friction winder
1. The winding machine is mainly composed of a power rubber roller, a frame, a winding shaft device, an automatic cutter, etc.
2. The automatic turning mechanism is mainly composed of turning bearings, gears, and electric speed machines.
3. The rewinding air shaft drive system is mainly composed of 4Kw motor, reducer, sprocket, air shaft and so on.
4. Pneumatic control: The pneumatic control system is mainly composed of pneumatic triple parts, PU pipes, joints, inflation guns, etc.
5. Electric control system: consists of frequency converter, PLC, touch screen, etc.
6. On-line slitting: pneumatic cutter + special guide rail, easy to adjust the spacing.
7. Cutting method: clamping type feeding shaft, rodless cylinder traction blade automatic cross cutting.
