The Gute double-line high-speed straightening machine can automatically complete the straightening, sizing and cutting of steel bars and max. 100m/minutes speed. It is simple to operate and convenient to set up. It can save a lot of labor, save waste, and improve processing efficiency. It is a modern construction building. An indispensable part, it is also an intelligent device that meets national standards. This equipment is often used for straightening and cutting the horizontal and vertical bars of mesh welding in PC, tunnel, subway and other fields; it has the characteristics of high accuracy and small error.
Equipped with 24KW servo motor to ensure the smooth running of traction. The lower straightening wheels are all powered, not easy to slip, and more accurate in size. The traction wheels and straightening wheels are made of forged alloy tool steel, which is resistant to wear and impact.
The split thick blade design is bolted to the blade seat, and the thickness reaches 40mm. It is quick to replace and easy to maintain, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment.
Imported bearings are used in key parts to ensure service life.
The standard 9-meter slab bar material rack meets the requirements of special slab bar production. At the same time, it adopts a multi-stroke return device to process more sizes of steel bars.
