Products Description
Permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is suitable for mines, coal preparation plant and other units. For weak magnetic field wet fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, or in addition to without strong magnetic mineral mixed magnetic minerals.The machine the same cylinder admirable three tub: half counter-current slot (CTB), counter-current slot (CTN) and the down-stream slot (CTS) applicable to different sorting granularity and different sorting process requirements. This product USES the computer optimization design, magnetic circuit is reasonable and strict selection of high coercive force, high residual magnetism of permanent magnet, ensure magnetic over a long time not to reduce, ensure long-term interests of the users, the overall structure is reliable and durable.

half counter-current slot :0-0.5mm sand, especially for 0-0.15mm

down-stream slot :0-0.6mm sand

Working principle
When the slurry enters the magnetic field area through the feeding hopper, the strong magnetic minerals are absorbed on the of the cylinder, while the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed out by the water flow, while the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder and are taken out of the magnetic field area, and the washing water is used to flush into the concentrate tank to complete the separation.
