XPM Polishing Pre-Harded Mirror Plastic Die Steel High Hard Plastic Mould Steel ESR

 
XPM is a kind of highly improved mold steel based on German standard grade 2738.It's a high surface requirements for the manufacture of plastic molds and could be used for auto light system mold, car dashboards, bumper mold.

2378 improved polishing pre-hardened mirror plastic die steel is of alloy composition optimization ,microstructure control and other key technologies, which ensure that the module has high uniformity of hardness ,excellent polishing performance and processability .It can replace a new generation of large cross section high polishing pre-hardened plastic die steel ,such as  imported 1.2738,718HH ,P20 modified etc.
