Real time test data (such as battery voltage, maximum temperature on the battery surface, pressure video data for experimental result judgment) should be used to determine that the battery should not ignite, explode, or smoke after the test is completed; It is also an essential testing equipment for battery manufacturers and research institutes.

Current testing methods for individual batteries

---Squeezing direction: Apply pressure perpendicular to the battery plate direction;

Testing method for battery module

---Squeezing direction: The direction in which the battery module is most susceptible to compression in the overall layout of the vehicle is the same.
