Suitable for the punching and forming of aluminum-plastic film for pouch cell lithium batteries
The equipment adopts a structural mode of automatic feeding, step-by-step feeding, stretching forming, and fixed length cutting through the material coil, continuously forming and cutting the coil into individual pieces to achieve automated production. The principle of gas-liquid pressurization is used to achieve the pressure required for stamping forming, converting the small air source pressure into a larger hydraulic output, thereby driving the mold to punch the aluminum-plastic mold shell.
