The design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and purification systems in lithium-ion battery factories should meet the requirements of the production process for the production environment.
The air flow organization of clean room (area) and dry room should be determined according to cleanliness, dew point temperature and production process requirements.
In addition to the principles of air conditioning system division should comply with the current national standard industrial building heating ventilation and air conditioning design code and the relevant provisions of the electronic industry clean workshop design code, should also meet the following provisions.
1. The air conditioning system should be set separately between the drying room and the general air-conditioned room.
2. Air conditioning systems should be set separately in drying rooms with large dew point temperature differences.
3. The drying room with cleanliness requirements and the drying room without cleanliness requirements should be set up separately with air conditioning system;
4. The positive and negative production workshops should be separately equipped with air conditioning systems;
5. The workshop with large amount of dust production should be equipped with an independent air conditioning system, and should be equipped with a dust treatment device;
The drying room should carry out a strict wet load calculation, and the moisture dissipation should include the following:
1. Body moisture dissipation
2. Moisture dissipation of envelope structure
3. Moisture dissipation of raw materials and packaging materials
4. The moisture dissipation of the process
5. Various wet surface moisture
6. The amount of moisture brought in by permeating air
7. Moisture brought in by fresh air.
The drying room and the surrounding space should maintain a certain static pressure difference, the ventilation and smoke exhaust of the drying room, the air duct of the air conditioning system should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard building design fire code GB 50016 when passing through the drying room, partition wall and ceiling, and should comply with the following provisions
1. Airtight measures should be taken between the tuyere and the ceiling;
2. Airtight measures should be taken between the air duct and the ceiling of the partition wall;
3. When the smoke exhaust pipe passes through the partition wall, an electric sealing valve should be set at the ceiling.
The design of the purification air conditioning system of the drying room shall comply with the following provisions:
1. The balance calculation of loose moisture and wet load should be carried out;
2. Air conditioning unit and dehumidification unit should be close to the production workshop;
3. The equipment, air ducts and accessories of the system should be sealed.
The air supply volume required for low humidity rooms should be determined according to the heat and humidity balance calculation results, and should not be lower than the following table of air changes.
In the air treatment system of the drying room, the fresh air should be pre-treated with cooling and dehumidification first, and the pre-treatment device should use chilled water.
When the dew point temperature required by the drying room is lower than -50 degrees, a two-stage dehumidification treatment system should be used.
When the drying room has a return air interlayer, the return air pipe should be arranged in the return air interlayer for its service.
When the purification air conditioning system of the drying room adopts the lower side return air mode, when the adjacent room is not a low humidity environment, it is not appropriate to use the return air clamp wall form
Terminal dehumidification equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1. It should be in a positive pressure state;
2. The equipment should be set before the initial effect, medium effect two-stage filter
3. The final dehumidification section should adopt a fully welded structure
4. In the treatment area of the final dehumidification section, the air leakage rate of the regeneration area should not be greater than 0.5%
5. When the rotary dehumidifier is used, the unit containing corrosive components to the rotary material in the return air should be set up to remove corrosive components.
