Product introduce:
The customized production line is mainly used to complete the assembly, testing, and welding functions of the air-cooled and liquid cooled PACK modules for square shell energy storage cells. This semi-automatic line includes automatic up and down reflow of empty trays: (reserved robot feeding)/cell scanning code/voltage internal resistance cell thickness automatic sorting/(reserved cell AB surface plasma cleaning and glue coating station)/chassis feeding film auxiliary line/manual stacking into the box/automatic extrusion manual fixation/manual barcode scanning module binding/automatic polarity detection/automatic pole cleaning/manual placement of guide vanes/laser automatic welding/manual visual inspection of welding effect and cleaning/automatic total pressure internal resistance testing/EOL testing (optional)/gantry crane turning line/manual PACK assembly line Composed of workstations such as gantry crane offline.
A single battery cell product is manually picked up and placed in the loading position. The conveyor belt is transported to a fixed position, and the code is scanned before testing (testing items: voltage, internal resistance, thickness). After testing is completed, OK and NG battery cell products are distinguished according to the test results. The OK product is automatically transported by a chain conveyor line (reserved for moving to the plasma cleaning position for cleaning, and then transported to the manual adhesive pasting position after cleaning is completed), and the PACK module is stacked manually; Then transfer to the extrusion station through the automatic double speed chain, complete the automatic extrusion, and at the same time complete the fastening or bundling at that station. The double speed chain will manually scan the code and bind the battery cells to the next station, generating the battery module code and label; The next station will automatically perform positive and negative CCD visual inspection to detect whether the arrangement and grouping are correct. When the polarity of the grouping is found to be incorrect, the station will automatically sound an alarm and flow into the NG station. After the abnormality is manually eliminated, it will be put back online; The inspection of OK products will automatically flow to the next station, where the automatic laser cleaning machine will clean the positive and negative poles of the PACK module. After the laser cleaning is completed, the products will flow to the next station; Manually place the flow guide and follow the starting flow to the next station to automatically complete the laser welding of the flow guide. The next station manually visually inspects the welding effect (when a welding abnormality is detected by manual inspection, press the defective button, and the product flows into the NG station, waiting for manual elimination of the abnormality before going online). The next station automatically tests the total internal pressure and total internal resistance (this station is equipped with a 3562A day setting tester, which is controlled by an industrial computer to determine OK and NG (when a matching polarity error is detected, this station will automatically alarm and flow into the NG station, waiting for manual elimination of the abnormality before going online). The detected OK product automatically flows to the next station and saves data. The position of the testing probe can be adjusted (EOL testing is reserved for the next station). Workstation, when NG occurs, the machine will sound an alarm, and the alarm will be manually processed and NG will be cleared and confirmed. PACK Module gantry crane transfer line, empty tray automatically flows back to the starting position. The battery module enters the manual PACK assembly section.
