Introduce:

This device mainly has three functions: top-side Sealing, pre-packaging and vacuum standing degassing for pouch cell lithium battery; This machine through the display interface classification accurately control the top side packaging, pre-packaging, vacuum static three functions. It is composed of heating seal, vacuum pump box and pneumatic heat seal component, which automatically completes the top-side Sealing, pre-packaging and vacuum standing degassing three functions of the battery pouch cell. 

Main Features:

* The head is made of copper material, good heat transfer effect, save power consumption, improve work efficiency, energy saving than similar products;

* The pressure of the upper and lower head can be adjusted by the pressure regulator to achieve different process parameter requirements;

* The upper and lower head is driven by the cylinder through two linear guide sleeves, and the upper and lower movement is flexible, and the guide is accurate to ensure the parallelism of the product after edge sealing;

* The changes in the cavity can be observed while working through the perspective window;

* The cover cavity is driven by the cylinder, guided by the rotating guide sleeve, flexible up and down movement, accurate guidance to ensure product sealing requirements;

Maintenance methods and precautions:

1. Wipe the upper and lower boards and vacuum chamber frequently to keep it clean.

2. Lubricate the moving parts of the bearing to keep the movement smooth.

3. If not used for a long time, wipe the surface of the moving parts of the mechanism clean, and the surface should be sprayed with anti-rust oil protection.

4. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in various parts of the machine to prevent loosening and prevent machine quality accidents and personal accidents.

Safe operation procedures:

1. Do not extend your hands or other parts into the vacuum chamber, the moving parts of the ball guide sleeve, or the dangerous area during operation, which may cause personal injury. Do not allow two or more people to operate the machine to avoid accidental injury.
