1. Maintenance downtime:
When the grouting pump is not used for a short or long term, the pump head should be disassembled, cleaned and brushed with antirust liquid or grease before reassembly for later use.
2. Disassembly and installation method:
Remove the four fastening bolts connected with the pump head and the cylinder, and remove the material cylinder and the inlet and outlet of the slurry.
Remove the connecting bolts between the inlet and outlet of the slurry and the pump head respectively, and take out the steel ball, sealing gasket and the "O" rubber ring for end face sealing.
Clean up the removed parts in time, and install them in reverse according to the above method after rust-proof treatment. Please pay attention not to damage the seals when disassembling.
