Product Introduction :
Flake Graphite classification:
1. Flake graphite is divided into high-purity graphite, high-carbon graphite, medium carbon graphite and low-carbon graphite according to the fixed carbon content.
High purity graphite (fixed carbon content greater than or equal to 99.9%) is mainly used for flexible graphite sealing materials and nuclear graphite, replacing platinum crucible for chemical reagent melting and lubricant base materials;
High carbon graphite (fixed carbon content 94.0% ~ 99.9%) is mainly used for refractories, lubricant base materials, brush raw materials, electric carbon products, battery raw materials, pencil raw materials, fillers and coatings;
Medium carbon graphite (fixed carbon content 80% ~ 94%) is mainly used in crucibles, refractories, casting materials, casting coatings, pencil raw materials, battery raw materials and dyes;
Low carbon graphite (fixed carbon content 50.0% ~ 80.0%) is mainly used for casting coatings.
2. Flake graphite is classified according to particle size: when the particle size is less than 38 microns, it is called micro powder graphite.
Micro powder graphite adopts advanced grinding equipment such as high-speed pulverizer, Raymond pulverizer and air flow pulverizer. It is mainly used for, powder metallurgy, lubricating oil, grease, dry battery, conductive coating, lubricating coating, scientific research of national defense science and Industry Commission and scientific research institutions, civil nuclear power, aerospace and strategic power interference weapons, smoke screen shielding weapons, etc.
