1. Application
BZD-50ZE2 semi-automatic packaging scale is a high-speed quantitative metering equipment that is applied to granular materials with good fluidity and can achieve better feeding control . It is suitable for the measurement of production raw materials in grain processing , chemical enterprises, grain depots, ports, etc.
2. Features
1. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the stress point offset and signal distortion caused by the uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper problem .
2. The Chinese color touch screen operation interface makes the operation interface more intuitive and humanized, and the functional operation is clear at a glance, reducing the chance of wrong operation and easy to operate The operating population is wider, so that you no longer have to worry about choosing operators .
3. There is a manual control mode, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and bag loosening mechanisms separately, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials.
4. It adopts international advanced high-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller. The controller adopts high-performance A /D converter with a conversion rate of 240 times per second. input sensitivity 0.5μν/d , high measurement accuracy and good stability.
5. It has the function of automatic correction of drop and alarm function of over-tolerance .
6. The operation is simple, and only one person is required to operate. The operator only needs to cover the bag and touch the bag clamp switch by hand, and the actions of feeding, filling and sealing are all completed automatically .
