3. Features
3.1. Weighing instrument + PLC dual-core control technology ensures the strict requirements of weighing speed and weighing accuracy of the equipment.
3.2. The human-computer interaction interface is excellent, the operation of the equipment is simple and convenient, and the intelligent level of workshop operation is improved. The production report can be stored on the equipment, and there is also a data communication function.
3.3. Using the structure of three sensors, the force on the weighing cylinder is balanced, which improves the service life of the equipment, and is not disturbed by the vibration of the workshop machine, and has high stability and anti-interference ability
3.4. We adopt a closed working room, and all lines, sensors, and solenoid valves are protected by protective boxes. The lines and electrical components are not oxidized and corroded by water vapor, which prolongs the trouble-free running time of the equipment.
3.5. It is very safe and hygienic. In order to ensure food safety, all parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, and the interior is polished smoothly without dead ends.
