DCS-50FB1 Electronic Quantitative Packing Scale Product Description
1. Applicable Range:
Suitable for automatic quantitative packaging of materials with good fluidity (e.g., rice, white sugar, feed, plastic granules, etc.).
2. Features:
1) Weighing instrument + PLC dual-core control technology, with A/D conversion rate of 200 times per second, ensuring strict requirements for equipment's weighing speed and accuracy.
2) Three-sensor structure with balanced layout, rational force distribution, extended equipment service life, and high stability and anti-interference capability, unaffected by workshop machine vibrations.
3) Safety and hygiene ensured by using stainless steel for material contact parts such as feeding and weighing buckets, with smooth internal polishing, no dead corners, and no residue to prevent rice mold and acid deterioration affecting rice quality.
4) Prevention of rodent infestation and acid corrosion achieved through a sealed working chamber, and the use of steel wire ducts or protective iron boxes for all lines, sensors, and solenoid valves, isolating the cylinder and sensors from corrosion and wear caused by rice powder and steam, extending the equipment's trouble-free running time.
5) External adjustable handle mechanism with a scaled handle adjustment device, allowing adjustment of the "feeding port" size to the optimal working mode based on different moisture content and rice particle shapes, ensuring accurate weighing results.
6) Double-cylinder discharging mechanism developed to address issues such as high cylinder usage frequency, short lifespan, frequent malfunctions, and unstable performance of components like the cylinder-related solenoid valve.
7) Digital intelligent automatic lifting conveyor quickly switches to the appropriate position based on different packaging requirements, with memory function for different varieties' lifting heights.
8) Rotatable column and multi-functional sealing method designed for easy switch between sewing machine and heat sealer, catering to different packaging and sealing forms for user convenience.
9) Sewing machine's intelligent multi-point oil spray lubrication system ensures lubrication at critical moving parts, with oil mist particles injected at timed intervals, eliminating concerns about forgetting to lubricate the sewing machine. (Optional)
10) Freshness locking with a function for inputting fresh-keeping gas, meeting customers' personalized requirements for rice packaging. (Optional)
